Because of natural variations in the colour of the crystal and other beads used, and because of the limitations of colours displayed on the web, jewellery supplied may differ slightly from that displayed on the website.
All online purchases are processed using a secure third-party payment portal. Your credit card details are encrypted and revealed only to the payment portal, and are not held or seen by Crystal Rocks. All jewellery ordered will normally be dispatched by recorded mail within 5 working days. If for any reason we are unable to supply the item within that time, we will contact you and inform you when it will be dispatched, and offer you the opportunity to cancel the order or substitute another piece.
If you are dissatisfied with the jewellery, you may return it for a full refund (less postage and packaging) within 7 days. As no refund will be made unless the item is received intact, you are advised to pack returned jewellery securely, and to return it by recorded mail.
We regret that, for health reasons, we are unable to accept returns of earrings.
